Burnley

Renowned Burnley based photographer, Andy Ford, was out and about in Rosegrove, Coalclough, Stoneyholme & Daneshouse and Burnleywood districts of Burnley with his camera recording the day to day life of shopkeepers and illustrating the positive impact of regeneration on small, local businesses.

From 27 May – 1 July 2006, an exhibition of these photographs was on display at the Mid Pennine Gallery on Yorke St, Burnley. 

A touring exhibition, a publication and a film are planned for the future, plus an imaginative new series of school and community workshops in all of  the districts involved.
