Our fourth children’s literature festival

across Pennine Lancashire for Autumn 08

We are currently hosting more than a dozen writers, actors, drama workers and illustrators in schools across Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley, Rossendale and Todmorden.

Our literature festival is different from many others because it is based in your schools and focuses on artists working alongside your pupils to develop their creative ideas through writing.

Finance permitting, we hope to publish a selection of the winning works in an anthology: ‘Kicking Leaves’.  Anthologies from previous years are still available for £1 a copy. Please contact Hannah Kidd or David Smith.
