Kicking Leaves
We recently held a Young Writers’ Competition inspired by our biennial Kicking Leaves Children’s Literature Festival. The competition provided a fantastic opportunity for Pennine Lancashire pupils aged 5-11 years to have work printed in a professionally designed publication.
Work was judged by local writers’ group Pennine Ink and competition winners were presented with certificates and prizes at a special awards ceremony held at the ACE Centre in Nelson.
